Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m., check-out until 11:00 a.m. We are happy to store your luggage before arrival and after departure.
If you have not taken out the Jägeralpe travel insurance, the following cancellation conditions apply: Up to 3 months before the arrival date you may cancel your holiday free of charge. For cancellations between 3 months and 1 month before the arrival date, 40% will be charged; between 1 month and 1 week before the arrival date, 70%; and within one week before the arrival date, 90% of the hotel costs will be charged. If you are not covered by travel insurance yourself, we recommend taking out our Jägeralpe travel insurance.
Winter: During the winter season, pets/dogs are only allowed on request. Summer: For your dog, we charge € 20,- per night for dogs up to 30 cm shoulder height, and € 35,- to € 40,- per night for larger dogs, without food. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or the spa area. In the evenings they are welcome in the bar and on our à la carte terraces. Please note that dogs may only stay in the room in your own private dog crate (no dog bed), which you must bring along and use whenever you are not in the room.
